Strategic lawn mowing is a thing I much enjoy. It's like normal lawn mowing, but smarter. Instead of rushing to the nearest patch of green, you take a minute to stand before the fresh field of long grass you're about to mow and think about the most efficient way to trim those little buggers. When you're done mowing, it'll probably look the same, but often, 'how' is more important then 'what'. In addition to strategic lawn mowing (which I think is pretty manly), I like buying razor handles (which I think is pretty manly as well). I don't exactly know why. I think some people just like artsy chairs, I like razor handles. When packing your bag for the weekend, it's nice to have some choice, right? I don't need a big collection of shoes, but I think a nice arsenal of razor handles is impressive.
I did get my degree in graphic design before moving to the Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam, where I find myself now (2nd year Advertising). I'm enjoying it literally every day. Oh well, I'm Jaap, and after completing my internships in the Netherlands and Australia and working for clients like McDonald's, Vodafone and Renault, I realised I didn't like graphic design all that much. I still like graphic design, but not to the level in which I lose myself nearly every night in, like I have with advertising and writing. It has become such an addiction.
